We visit the property, look at what actually needs attention, and give you a clear written estimate for an agreed scope. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.
Do you photograph the work?
Yes. Before and after photos are taken on jobs — it is how we show results rather than describe them, and the gallery on this site is made of real KPD work.
How do I know the job is finished properly?
Every completed job is inspected against the agreed scope before we call it done, and we walk the finished space with you. That inspection step is the Verify part of the Kenny Standard.
Can you clean a property while it is empty?
Yes. Vacant move-in and move-out cleans are a regular part of what we do, and we can coordinate access with you, a landlord, or a property manager.
