Is this certified kitchen exhaust cleaning?
No, and we will not describe it as such. This is detail cleaning of visible and accessible surfaces — hood exteriors, accessible vent surfaces, stainless, appliances and floors. Full exhaust-system cleaning to fire-code standard is a separate, certified trade. If that is what you need, we will tell you so rather than take the job.
What does the detailing actually cover?

Can you work outside service hours?
