The core role. Residential deep cleans, recurring commercial work, and Airbnb turnovers across the Charleston area.
- Deep cleaning of homes, offices and rental units to an agreed scope
- Turnovers on a schedule, where the unit has to be guest-ready on time
- Appliance detailing and interior surfaces
- Walking the finished job before you leave it
Pressure Washing Technician
Exterior work — driveways, walkways, siding, patios and commercial concrete.
- Operating pressure washing equipment safely on residential and commercial exteriors
- Surface prep and protecting plantings, fixtures and finishes around the work area
- Reading a surface and choosing the right approach for it
- Equipment setup, breakdown and upkeep
Floor Care Technician
Hard floors and the machines that restore them — strip, seal, buff, and tile and grout restoration.
- Stripping, sealing and buffing hard floors in commercial spaces
- Tile and grout restoration
- Operating and maintaining floor machines
- Working around a business’s hours so the space is usable when they open
