Do you offer recurring service?
Yes. Recurring janitorial on an agreed schedule is a core part of the commercial side. Our longest-running contracts have renewed year to year.
What kinds of facilities do you work in?
Offices, retail, restaurants and commercial kitchens, churches and community facilities, and multifamily and townhome properties for property managers.
How is the scope agreed?
We walk the facility with you, agree exactly what is in scope, and put it in a written estimate. Every completed clean is then inspected against that same scope, so there is one shared definition of finished.
Can you work around our events and opening hours?
We schedule around how a facility actually runs, and flexibility around events is something our church client specifically credits us with. Tell us your constraints when we do the walkthrough and we will build the schedule around them.
Who will I be dealing with?
Kenny directly. There is no call center and no account-manager layer between you and the person responsible for the work.
