Can you work to a check-in deadline?
Yes — turnovers are booked around your check-in time. Give us the window when you book and we will schedule to it.
Do you handle laundry, linens or restocking?
Not as a standard part of a turnover. If you need something specific handled, ask when we do the walkthrough and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we take on.
Will the same standard be applied every time?
That is the point of a defined scope. We agree what a turnover includes for your property, and every visit is inspected against it before we leave.
Do you cover more than one property?
Yes. Recurring multi-property work is something we already do for property managers.
