Privacy Policy

This policy covers kpdetailing.com and the KPD mobile app (together, the “Services”), both operated by Kenny's Pristine Detailing. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information: name, phone number, email address, and home address, when you create an account in the app.
• Quote requests: property type, square footage or room count, a description of the job, any add-ons you select, and photos you choose to upload of the areas to be cleaned.
• Bookings: the appointment time you select.
• Reviews: star ratings and comments you submit after a completed job.
• Referrals: your referral code and, if someone signs up using it, that they did so.
• Job applications: if you apply for a position, your name, email, phone, the position you're interested in, any message you include, and your resume file. Applying does not require creating an account.
• Push notification token: if you enable notifications, a device token used to deliver status updates (e.g. your quote was confirmed).

We do not use analytics or advertising tracking in the app.

• To prepare and follow up on cleaning quotes and bookings.
• To contact you about the status of a request or appointment, including by push notification if enabled.
• To review job applications.
• To track referral punch cards for the loyalty program.
• To improve and maintain the Services.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the Services on our behalf:

• Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and photo/file storage.
• Resend — delivers the email notifications a submission generates (e.g. new quote request, job application).
• Expo — delivers push notifications, if you've enabled them.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep account and request information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.

• You can turn off push notifications at any time in your device settings.
• You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information by contacting us.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including access controls on our database. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
